    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    By placing an order through 5MinSkin  you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable worldwide.

    Note: please contact us to provide your order number before returning the product. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send return instructions and an easy & quick refund.

    What products are eligible for a return? 

    Currently, only the 5minskin device ordered directly from 5minskin is eligible for a return. None of the products from our skincare line are eligible for a return. This includes The Aloe Cream, Exfoliating Cream, VItamin C Serum and more. 5minskin devices must be ordered directly from 5minskin to be eligible for return or refund. 5minskin devices sold as clearance or final sale and any refurbished devices are not eligible for a return or refund.

    A. 90 DAY RETURN POLICY

    We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for 5minskin IPL devices. If, within 90 days of your purchase from our official website, you are not satisfied with the product or the results, you may return it for a refund.

    To ensure a fair application of the return policy, we recommend users to follow the recommended usage stated in the manual for at least two months before submitting a return request. After about two months, users should see a noticeable reduction in hair growth. We also recommend extending your personal trial period to the full 90 days, as all individuals are different and it may take a longer period of time to see results from the IPL treatment. If the period of use is less than one month or the recommended usage stated in the manual is not followed, the return policy is considered void.

    What is more, please note that IPL may not be effective for every individual depending on their hair colour and skin tone. Therefore, we recommend that everyone review the suitability chart on our official website before purchasing.     B. RETURN PROCESS

    We partner with ReturnGo https://5minskin.com/a/service to offer returns of our products. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Once authorised, return merchandise to our warehouse and share the return tracking details. When we receive your returned items, debit or credit card refunds are initiated immediately, but can take a few business days to post to your account (this is all based on how your credit card company handles refunds).

    1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
    2. Customers are not required to pay any restocking fee.
    3. Customers will return their product directly to the in-store.
    4. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    To return your product, you should contact our mail.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    D. EXCHANGES

    We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at  hello@5minskinipl.com 

    E. RESTOCKING FEE 

    We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 

    F. REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
