C. Delivery Terms
All orders are processed within 12-24 hours Monday-Friday, and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day. One of our carrier partners picks up your package from our warehouse (i.e. USPS, UPS). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the final shipping address of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@5minskinipl.com
E. Cancellations
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched (12 Hours after order has been placed). If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged In TransitÂ
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
G. Duties and Taxes:
Local taxes and imports may be applicable in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown.
All such taxes and duties are covered by the customer.
